World Kidney Day 2026
As we have been doing for many years now we held free Kidney Health check ups for the general public in celebration of World Kidney Day at three locations: Aintree Hospital, Royal Liverpool Hospital and Central Station Liverpool. Around 270 people were tested!

Very well done to Gary and Kate Pindar who raised £949+ for LKPA through a "100 golf holes in one day challenge" at Prescot Golf Club!
Aintree Kidney Unit is now merged with Royal Liverpool Kidney Unit to become Liverpool Kidney Department. We have updated our charity name and details appropriately to become Liverpool Kidney Patients Association.
This year's AGM is taking place on 9th February 2025 at 2pm. We are currently accepting nominations for volunteers to serve as members of the committee of LKPA. If interested, please fill in the below document with your nomination listed and submit it to us as per the instructions on the form.
